I used to feel unfulfilled, depressed, stressed, shy, very negative about life in general. I felt like there was nothing for me in this modern world.
My life wasn't so bad, nothing arround me was causing physical pain or such things, yet, I was suffering so much within.
One day I decided: IT'S ENOUGH!
From this momment on, I asked myself, what is the root of my sufering?
The answer was very obvious : my own never ending thoughts & negative emotions.
So I decided: I'll no more think!
guess what? Eveything got worst, the mind cannot suppress thoughts. it is having mental diareah simply because
it never received the proper daily maintenance.
After thousands of researches hours on the human system, the subconscious and yogic science, I finally found the key to my liberation.
I had to try countless spiritual practices, it allowed to me throw away those wannabe stuff which never work and only keep the most POWERFUL and transformative ones.
By creating & following this daily program, I was amazed to finally have a quiet mind, to be able to generate any emotions on commands and to finally begin to attract the life I truly deserve and want.
